LIABILITY AND PHOTO RELEASE
In signing this agreement, I hereby release Coolwater Angler, LLC, its members, its sponsors and their agents from any and all damages, claims, demands, expenses, or costs relating to damage, theft, fire, injury, death, or any loss of persons or any property that I may sustain and/or I may cause be reason or participating in or connection with these tournaments. I further release Coolwater Angler, LLC for all damages relating to weather conditions while participating in this tournament. I am hereby responsible for seeking safety should adverse and/or unforeseen weather conditions occur prior to, during, or after the tournaments. I certify by my signature that I have read, understand, and agree to the above.
I agree that photographs taken of us during these events may be used by Coolwater Angler, LLC and tournament sponsors for commercial purposes without royalties or prior consent.
